Craig A. Flynn/CEO, Principal ShareholderCraig has a strong entrepreneurial background in electronics manufacturing, distribution, and high tech engineered products and services. In addition, he has ten years' experience with the leading CEO development organization in facilitation and startup/development of collaborative CEO peer groups. He was ranked in the top 25 of 800 group leaders in an international assessment of effectiveness and value creation. QV System is his seventh venture/acquisition. Sharon Tanner, ConsultantAfter nearly 30 years in applied research and product development at NASA and The Boeing Company, Sharon now serves as a senior consultant to global companies in the US and Europe. At NASA, Sharon worked Space Shuttle and Hubble telescope issues and led national collaborative efforts among academia, industry, and multiple NASA sites. At Boeing she led the Fuselage Integrated Product Development Team for the 737-900, managed numerous high-leverage structural projects for Boeing airplanes, and served as senior leader for internal consultants, applying TMS methods with executives and knowledge-workers. Sharon's technical degrees include a BS in Mechanical Engineering and graduate work in Acoustics at Penn State University; she also has graduate work in education and undergraduate degrees in journalism and Spanish. |
